Yup, it's offical Brett Favre has been traded to the New York Jets! What a freaking moron, he should have just stayed retired! Now i'm a Packer fan don't get me wrong, but I never really liked Favre. He always seemed like a cry baby, a whinner and a putz. During his emotional retirement speech with all the sobs and whimpers and tears, I kept telling Kelly that he wasnt going to retire. I was right, the douche is going to the Jets, and do you think that Manning is going to let him be the star... I doubt it! Poor Brett he's just making himself look like an ass, leaving the team he's been with since the begining, the team that made him who he is, just to go to the Jets in hopes of proving his old bones worth a good trade. He's done he should have just stayed retired!! Overall this post is just a way to say he's an idiot!

I love this bike, not just the fact that it's the fastest out of the 3 that Mike has, but that it overall just looks sexy! The metallic blue and silver sets this beauty apart from her darker blue siblings, and has alot more line to her body than the others. Overall this is just a georgous bike and thought i'd share it with ya'll since i'm like 3 days behind!!

Ok while at the EAA I got a once in a lifetime chance to see Jeff Dunham, one of my favorite comedians! He's a ventriloquist who has 7-8 puppets that he performs with. This night however he chose Jose Jalapeno on a Steek, Walter, Peanut, and Ac"phlem" Achmed the dead terrorist!

He added some new stuff along with the old, by far one of the best shows of my life! Jeff built a helicopter by himself, featuring Walter on the tail, I thought it was pretty cool that one man can be capable of building a helicopter that actually flies! Just proves that anyone can do anything their heart desires, with a little effort and enthusiasm!

Seriously you should check out his work at www.jeffdunham.com you wont be disappointed!

My mom and my nephew Brent have this thing going, when Brent was little his mom, my sister, wore a pair of yellow m&m boxers. The m&m was over the crotch area, and my sister joking around says "hey this is false advertisement! No nuts!!" And since then Brent has been calling my mom the Yellow Nut! They have this thing that whenever my mom finds some kind of thing with the yellow m&m on it she buys it for him. He has quite a collection going. When I saw this big inflateable "yellow nut" at the EAA I had to take a picture for them! Kinda cute huh!

But so cool to see up close and personal, when its up in the sky it all seems so small, but down on the ground... we seem small! Funny how that switches around on us like that!

What a WONDERFUL day it was to be out and about at the EAA, this is me in front of a Citation Mustang! I went with my friends Desiree and Amanda, and we had such a good time! We walked around and saw everything, and then settled into a small area for the best time of our lives!! JEFF DUNHAM!! He was freaking amazing! He's a comedian/ventriloquist and one of the best I might add. He brought along with him Peanut, Walter, Achmed, and Jose Jalapeno on a Stick! Expect a whole bunch of pictures from the EAA up here, I got some amazing shots!

Ok so i'm actually posting this on Thursday, but I have a good excuse for being late! I was at the EAA Airshow yesterday! It was freaking AWESOME!! Anyway, I took this picture in the very begining, we had to pick a lot to park in and we ended up in this one, the brown lot. By the end of the day we started saying we were parked in the shit hole because 1. it was brown, and 2. it was the furthest away from the grounds and we didn't find that out untill after we paid!! It was so worth it though, because the airshow was awesome and we got to see comedian/vantriloquist Jeff Dunham!! He was freaking AWESOME!! I'll post more on him later!

Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Home of the Ice Cream Sundae!

In 1881, George Hallauer asked Edward C. Berner, the owner of a soda fountian at 1804-15ths Street, to top a dish of icecream with chocolate sauce, hitherto used only for icecream sodas. The concoction cost a nickel and soon became very popular, but was only sold on Sundays.

One day a 10 year old girl insisted she have a dish of icecream "with that stuff on top" saying they could "pretend it was Sunday". After that, the confection was sold every day in many flavors. It lost its Sunday only association to be called ICECREAM SUNDAE. When a glassware salesman placed an order with his company for the long canoe-shaped dishes in which it was served, as "Sundae Dishes".

The paragraphs above are from the sign on the right. That sign was errected in 1973 to make it offical that my home town of Two Rivers "Trivers" Wisconsin is the offical home of the Icecream Sundae. HOWEVER, we have been fighting with another small town in New York who also claim to be the home of the icecream sundae, but comming from Trivers I naturally agree with it being here. I thought this would be a fun little fact about my home town that I could share with you guys. We love our icecream here, and have Icecream Sundae Thursdays, its usually around the fall time, and the whole town gets together to have icecream on that one Thursday of the year! Its really cool, and I love this nice little fact about my home town!

#14 Pain in the Tooth!

Ok so this picture today is not from me, I got it from the internet. The reason being that I myself had 2 molars pulled today and i'm really too drugged up to think about taking pictures, i'm lucky that I can do this halfway decent! But yes I got hit in the mouth by a ball popper thanks to Alex, he knocked out my filling and cracked my tooth up pretty bad, caused an infection which spread to my second molar on the right hand side. So I got them both pulled, oh what joy that was.! NOT!! But anyway, todays picture is a dental x-ray showing a wisdom tooth coming in, because mine too are coming in. Kinda gross I know oh well.

Ok so, I forgot to bring my connecting cable for my camera, and have yet to figure out how to work my moms camera to hook it up to the computer so for now I will dig around in my parents computer to find older pictures from when I lived here almost 2 years ago. This one is from when I was 18, I remember that it was right after my birthday, and Kelly was home. I really really really wanted a tattoo, so her and Tracie pitched in together to get one for me. This would be it, its all red and bumpy because I had just got it done! I got it inbetween my shoulder blades on my back and to answer questions already, No I didnt feel anything. I actually fell asleep during the tat and my sister was concerned she thought I passed out, haha I yelled at her for waking me up! Anyway now on to the next question I know thats comming, ABC stands for my neice and two nephews names, it was convinent that my sisters and brother took it apon themselves to name their children, from youngest to oldest, in alphabetical order, Alex Brent and Crystal. And so, I get my tat done and dedicated to them. Its my only tattoo for now, I do want more, maybe sometime in the future, I would like to have one for my dad that says Daddy's Girl and a tat of some prayer beads for my Grandma who passed away when I was in 8th grade. I can tell you now that ANYTHING that goes on my body that permanent will have a significant meaning to me! But enough for now I have to go visit family with the baby!

#7 Cat's Out of the Craddle, and into the Carseat!

My baby kitty Yoey was being a princess like usual and was sitting oh so propper in the carseat that I had to take this picture to send to Mike. She's such a little brat sometimes, but then you get pictures like this that just blow you away! Although this picture doesn't do her justice it makes her look a tad chubby but in reality she's a perfect weight for her body, and she's quite tiny!

#6 It's not easy being Green!

I woke up late this morning, and had to do the same routine I do every morning, wake up, push the cat off me, and bring Vera out to go to the bathroom. While I was leaving the house I was attacked by this little guy, Vera must have scared him enough to jump off of his sunbathing spot and flee. When I got back to the house I noticed he was sitting on the rock that's outside of our door, so I lead Vera in quietly, so as not to scare him and I ran inside to get my camera. This little guy is quite young, and very green. As they get older they get darker as to absorb more sun in the morning that gives them energy at night. The problem is their bright green color makes the babies easy to see and there for more vulnerable to predators. However Kelly just informed me that a iguana's only natural predator is the dog. Oh well it's still a cool shot!!

#5 To go up? To go down? How 'bout the middle?

This would be my baby, she's a 9 month old German Wire Haired Pointer. Her name is Aloe Vera Rose, Vera or "V" for short, although Kelly calls her Spaz. She was always extremely hyper, and even though we would go on walks, and play ball every day, I couldn't seem to get her to pass out when I wanted to sleep. I also had an extremely hard time potty training her! Either way she was looking for attention and a way to let out her energy. Now I read up on the breed and I know they hate to be cooped up and are a high strung, high energy, dog. So I found Dr. Pauls Dog Park in Coconut Creek, Florida. This park is awesome! It has a wide open space for dogs to run with obstacals and another sectioned off area for like a party, if you wanted to have it with your pets, off the main area. Then they have another small area off the big park, for little dogs 20lbs and lighter, its like a smaller version of the main. This park gave Vera the option to learn obstacals or just play with other puppies her own age, along with valuable adult conversation for mommy! We usually head to the park around 6:30 pm and stay till about 9pm, that way we get the park to ourselves for about 30 mins and I can work on some obstacals with her. She was hesitant at first but as you see from the pictures now loves the "play toys" as we call them. The park has 2 'A' frames, 2 bar jumps, with diffrent height settings, 3 cement tunnels of diffrent sizes and lengths, 3 window jumps, a tire jump, a table for the down and stay, a long walk over, and 3 window jumps. Overall this park has a little bit of everything, only thing missing would be weave poles, which arent a big deal. Vera has made so many friends there of all diffrent breeds, she has even made 3 BFF's :) Lola the Rotty age 10 months, Lola the Rodesian Ridgeback age 5 months, and Dana the lab mix age 9 months. (: Pictures of them may be up soon if I can snap a few while they're playing! Ok and the last picutre on this blog would be when Vera gets home and she passes out under a blanket, just so happens to be a cow blanket how cute! Overall I just wanted to share a litle piece of our heaven on earth, at Dr. Pauls Dog Park :)

#4 Fly by the Seat of Your Pants!

I thought this picture was cool, I took it when Mike brought my friend Desiree and I up in the plane! This is the view from the pilots seat of a single engine airplane! Mike was practicing being a flight instructor, so he had to fly from the co-pilot seat on the left, and Dee was to chicken to fly in the front. Mike did try to make me fly for a bit but I declined, it was the first time up with him, and I didn't want to take any chances. I kick myself in the rear now though. What an experience! And then the picture to the right is Mikes house from the sky, it would be the big house in the center of the picture with the grey roof, and the big ol' driveway! I love that house, its my home away from home! Located in beautiful Hobe Sound, Florida.

#3 Calm Before the Storm

Ok, so down here in Southern Florida we have diffrent seasons than most do. We have Hurricane Season, which we are in now, Snowbird Season, and then Off Season. Hurricane season usually consists of alot of rain, mixed in with the ocasional hurricane or two. You see alot of these pretty white puffy clouds, and they are beautiful against the bright blue Florida sky... that is untill they turn black! Its like the calm before the storm. Can you see the diffrence? I took these pictures only about an hour apart from one another. But like the Floridians say, "if you don't like the weather wait a minute!" And by the end of the day, it was beautiful once again :) Off season is usually hot and sticky weather right before Hurricane Season hits, and Snowbird season, well lets just say we call anyone and everyone visiting from a diffrent state during the winter months a snowbird. I'm sure you're all going to be on some day!

#2 Chocolate Chip Cookie Monster!

So I got a unique shot of my 2 year old nephew Alex, I had just gotten done baking a batch of chocolate chip cookies and he, in his own way, asked for one. I gave in after they cooled off a little, but were still warm enough to be mushy and gooey. Just what every little kid loves. Well my nephew, he's a poser, loves to make funny faces for the camera, this is what I got! :) He completes my life and I'm sure you'll see plenty of pictures of him on here, just because of the character he is! :)

#1 Dirty Ol' Wheel Cap

So this past weekend I was hanging out with Mike, like I do every weekend. I got bored while we were in the garage, and Mike was yelling at his car and the air pump because neither were working right. We were trying to bleed the brakes on his 1987 Porsche 944 Turbo, and it seemed that everything that could go wrong, went wrong! During one of his raging fits I snaped a few pictures with my Cellphone, not high quality I know but in the end things seemed to come out pretty clear. I was happy with the shots that I got, the picture to the left is of the front passenger side wheel. When I downloaded the picture to my computer I had orginally put "Porsche 951 wheel rim emblem" and then showed the picture to Mike. He thought it was awesome but then scolded me for calling the center cap a rim, and proceeded to lecture me on how a rim is on the outside of the wheel and the center cap is in the center.. Duh. So in the end this picture is now saved as "Dirty Ol' wheel cap thingy"! Enjoy!
